About Us

Our service offers a wide range of therapeutic and holistic approaches that cover various areas such as relationship counselling, panic attacks, stress, addiction therapy, bereavement, anxiety, depression and abuse. Sometimes, clients may not be certain of the therapy they require or want to work on and may just desire to talk in a secure environment without any judgment or advice.

After booking an appointment with us, we will ask that you come to our consultation rooms in Stockport, or we can conduct the session through video calls using platforms such as Skype or WhatsApp. This initial consultation will be with a therapist who will work with you to determine the best approach for your therapy.

My approach towards supporting my clients is a combination of counselling, cbt and complementary therapy which collectively helps in bringing that much needed mental and physical balance, irrespective of what kind of psychological issues you are facing. I aim to revive my clients from the current positions in their lives. Channelizing their negative energy to its way out in a well-coordinated manner. It helps bring in much-needed harmony in their lives.

Initial session:

During the first session, our main focus is to understand our clients and their concerns while introducing them to our services and our approach towards the matter. We understand that reaching out to a new service can be an intimidating task, therefore, we assure our new clients that they can take their time to decide if our service is the right fit for them before proceeding further.

The number of sessions required to address the client's concerns varies and depends on individual needs. Based on our experience, some clients may require support for a shorter period while others might need a longer period of time.
